Satin, hand-colored engraving on silk, 35cm x 40 cm.


Description

At the top an all-seeing eye with glory rays. Central motif includes the weeping virgin and broken column. Left and right are the usual sun, moon, stars, heart, ark, beehive,... with two women wearing a veil standing on a column and watching over the scene. Signed: Designed by J.L.
